food & wine

Goes perfectly with:

- Grilled beef steak
- Tandoori lamb chops
- Stilton
should i keep it?
This wine has enough structure and tannins to keep well for at least five years. However, as a very ripe and seductive wine, it is probably best enjoyed now.
serving temperature
16-17°C. If this Shiraz is served too hot, alcohol will stand out and the fruit flavours might taste jammy, so do not... So do not hesitate to chill it a little if necessary.
