A few words
ABOUT THIS WINE
This Pinot Noir displays intense, bright aromas of fresh fruits: red and black berries. Light and delicate on the palate, with a relatively lively character that enhances the bright fruit flavours with almost imperceptible tannins it will go well with meaty dishes as well as tuna. Relatively short but with a pleasant finish of fresh fruit flavours.

Why we have
SELECTED THIS WINE
Smelling our Pinot Noir is like smelling a basket full of freshly-cut red fruits. That’s exactly what we were looking for and that’s exactly what Domaine Carré – a small scale family-owned estate in the heart of Burgundy – aims at producing with this bottling. Careful winegrowing, no massive extraction, very little oak influence (if any) - everything is made to emphasize the pure fruit aromas of Pinot Noir.
